The nearest airport is Santa Marta (Simón Bolívar). We organize group transfers from Santa Marta on the start dates of the stays. For arrivals outside these dates, we can indicate how to get here by public transport or arrange a private transfer (with additional cost).
Ecotopia is open all year round. The dry season (December to April) offers optimal weather conditions, but the rainy season (May to November) reveals the richness of biodiversity in all its splendor. In addition, it almost always offers sunny mornings. Each period has its charm!
A wifi connection is available in certain common areas. However, we encourage digital disconnection to fully enjoy the Ecotopia experience.
In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is fully refundable (except management fees). Between 30 and 60 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Less than 30 days before the stay, the deposit is non-refundable. Special conditions may apply in case of force majeure.
For individual stays, we require a minimum of 3 nights to allow a true immersion in the Ecotopia experience. For groups, the minimum duration is generally 5 nights.
